Animal Cruelty Charges Dropped

This stuff makes me sick! Mad too!!!

It is sickening that it happened, I agree. But from the prosecutor's statements, it seems that the two youngest against whom the charges were lessened actually weren't present or aware when the cat was placed in the MW.

I DON'T understand why their sentences were no more than probation and community service. Breaking and entering goes beyond youthful indiscretion! It is criminal, and should have been dealt with more harshly, IMO.

Yeah, I guess just the thought of the cruelty was the thing that pissed me off. I can understand that they were not responsible for the cat incident, but as you say, they still should be charged with break and enter.

I won't read the link but it pisses me off and I know it would be upsetting to me.
I lose sleep over this type of thing and have nightmares.

There are many cases that seem to never get any where, such a common place thing is to torture animals. I don't get it at all how these children can be brought up to do this.
