Back to work for me today

Well the day has come that I have to go back to work. I still feel really good. We are looking at this house for Sale where we vacation, take a look at the price. lol

$42,500.... better snap it up.. Lots in the cities here go for $60-$70,000.. Where I live... town lots sell for $130 a frontage foot. But they're all sold out..about 20 new houses being built here this year...which ia quite a few..for a half-horse town.. I bought my lot for $750 in the late 70's..

that looks nice shop around may for the interest rate 6.250 is about .750 too high maybe they just haven't updated that info.was that built for a handicap person...the sink in the kitchen looks low....this looks new or the person took real good care of things.

Isn't the sink about the same height as the stove? lol

probably that small whatever it is by the other window. I said thats all good we can just put the garbage can there. It could be a great vacation home.

Looks like a great bargain, Deb. Wish I could find a place that cheap here, can't get anything under about $300,000 these days.
