I agree it's a crock, but if he had not handed them out during class, it could have been avoided.

Who complained in the first place? Damn, I just answered my own question-LOL. The school needs to , I dunno keep their nose out of certain things like that! The only thing about my opinion is that if they keep their nose out of that and also out of another incident not necessarily similar, they would most likely get reprimanded.
