.ME Domains

Wasn't sure if I should post this in the computer Help section. We may have to expand it there to include a tips or a technical section.

Anyhoo, I just secured a .me domain!! They just recently became available. Instead of .com or .net, etc, I got shawna.me!

My current ones I already have are shawber.net and shawber.ca. Smile

How Do I go about getting a .me as a domain name?

Are they free or is there a charge?

Carl, thank you very much for your help.

I see that they want $19.99 a year with a 2-year minimum.

There is no way I am going to pay for a domain name when there are hundreds out there for free.

I bought my domain name through Netfirms.ca. The shawber.ca as well. The shawber.com I did through Godaddy.com. I figured I would go local. Razz
