I wish I had my mothers energy

I called my mom tonight and she explained to me how she dug out the lawn mower yesterday and spray PAM on the blades and the pull handle etc.. lubricating the moving parts.

Today she continued with her project she said.....
I reminded her MOM we told you not to cut your own lawn YOU ARE 84 years old. You don't need to cut your lawn HIRE somebody..
so she told me I wasn't cutting the lawn... I was just pushing the mower.
I told her to get a new hobby then, just pushing the lawn mower around the back yard can't be that much fun...

she was mulching all the leaves left from the fall. Said it did a good job too, but she is a little tired to night.

I barely have the energy to do that and I'm no where near her age.

I give her props for doing it. After work I dont want to do anything myself. I need to get some flowers and start planting them before it gets Fall. lol
