Stupid Drunken Idiots

What really cheeses me off is dumbass drunks that wake everyone in the apartment complex where I live by shouting and crying outside for almost a frigging hour! And this was a guy doing this! He was shouting incoherently and boohooing really loud, and I had my windows closed! This was around 3 in the morning. Stupid idiots! This is the second time in about a month some dumbass has been shouting at the top of his lungs, drunker than a skunk! One person keeping all of us residents awake. If I had a rock to throw at his head I would have! Some people have to work in the morning.

I thought it sounded like a girl or woman. Yes very annoying and someone drove in and took her or him away. Maybe cops or someone that was called to get this person. I did hear a guys voice, but later just sounded like a woman`s voice.
