Re: Aged Tires: A Driving Hazard?
Thanks, Sharon. I took some notes, and will check all my tires out today.

Re: Aged Tires: A Driving Hazard?
Thanks Sharon.
I asked my son right now who is a mechanic at Good Year does he know how to check for the yr of the tire and he said yes. I also asked him does he know what happens if the tire is old even though it has never been used, he said yes the tread will separate from the tire and cause an accident.
I told him I was glad he knew that because I wouldn't want him to sell a tire to someone and carry that guilt if they died because of it.
